President and CEO of The Omnicon Group Receives Prestigious Honor
HAUPPAUGE, NY – February 7, 2011 Long Island Technology Hall of Fame (LITHF) selects Mr. Scott B. Abrams, President and CEO of The Omnicon Group, Inc. for the Next Generation Entrepreneur Award. This award recognizes major contributions and achievements to "scientific research and technological advancement on Long Island and will seed the future for economic growth and development..."
This prestigious award will be presented to Mr. Abrams at the LITHF induction and awards ceremony at the Garden City Hotel on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The award ceremony will also recognize the Ten Year Anniversary of the Long Island Technology Hall of Fame as well as Dr. Yacov Shamash-Stony Brook University, and Mr. Jacob Lamm-CA Technologies, who are two of the 2011 Hall of Fame Inductees.
