THE OMNICON GROUP CELEBRATES 20TH
ANNIVERSARY

HAUPPAUGE, NY –January 27, 2004– The Omnicon
Group, a leading Long Island engineering and software firm, is celebrating
its 20th anniversary.
Founded in 1984, Omnicon specializes in software, systems, reliability,
safety and test equipment engineering. Over the years, it has provided
engineering services to major companies in the aerospace, communications,
transportation and defense industries. With its main office in Hauppauge,
NY, the company recently undertook an international expansion program,
opening engineering centers in Canada and Europe.
The Omnicon Group has won a number of awards in recent years, including
the Deloitte & Touche "Long Island Fast 50 Award"
and the Hauppauge Industrial Association Business Achievement Award.
Additionally, company founder and president Scott Abrams was named
"Reliability Engineer of the Year" by the Institute of
Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
