SERVICES CONTRACT TO
THE OMNICON GROUP CANADA CO.
Omnicon joins Team for CP-140 Imaging
Radar
HAUPPAUGE, NY – June 2, 2004–The Omnicon
Group Canada Co. of Montreal announced today an agreement with Telephonics
Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Griffon Corporation
(NYSE: GFF-News), for software development, systems engineering
and critical support services. This agreement will provide Telephonics
Command Systems Division with engineering, analytical and technology
support services for the CP-140 program. Telephonics Corporation
is developing its APS-143B(V)3-MPA OceanEye™ Surveillance
Radar for the Canadian Air Force’s CP-140 Aurora multi-mission
reconnaissance and antisubmarine aircraft fleet.
Omnicon will provide software support to Telephonics
for the Imaging Radar System for the CP-140 Aurora Incremental Modernization
Program.
