Omnicon Group Receives Awards

	Omnicon Receives IEEE Award 2011 IEEE Region 1 Award was given to Lloyd Blueweiss, Senior Systems/Software Engineer on March 29, 2012 for his achievements, based on the nomination of IEEE colleagues and as recommended by the Awards & Recognition committee. The award gives recognition for major contributions to the "Development of Innovative RADAR Analysis and Accurate Evaluations of RADAR Performance."
	Omnicon Employees Win “Overall Best Paper” The Omnicon Group's Nathaniel Ozarin, Senior Reliability/Safety Engineer and Brian Kain, Project Leader received the prestigious award for “Overall Best Paper from Industry”. The paper titled "Improving System Heath Monitoring with Better Error Processing" was presented in June at the 2011 IEEE International Conference on Prognostics and Health Management in Denver, Colorado.
	Omnicon Receives IEEE Award 2010 IEEE Region 1 Award was given to Alfred DuPlessis, Vice President on March 31, 2010 for his achievements, based on the nomination of IEEE colleagues and as recommended by the Awards & Recognition committee: Managerial Excellence in Leadership, Design, and Development.
	Omnicon President Recieves The Next Generation Entrepreneur Award at the 2011 Long Island Technology Hall of Fame Long Island Technology Hall of Fame (LITHF) selected Mr. Scott B. Abrams, President and CEO of The Omnicon Group, Inc. for the Next Generation Entrepreneur Award. This award recognizes major contributions and achievements to "scientific research and technological advancement on Long Island and will seed the future for economic growth and development..." This prestigious award was presented to Mr. Abrams at the LITHF induction and awards ceremony at the Garden City Hotel on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. 	Omnicon President Receives 2010 Distinguished Alumni Award from Stony Brook University Due to the vast hours of dedication, numerous activities and hard work that President of The Omnicon Group, Scott Abrams has been selected to receive Stony Brook University's "2010 Distinguished Alumni" award. Scott Abrams accepted the award on November 4, 2010. 	Honeywell Aerospace recognizes Omnicon Mechanical Service In December 2009, The Omnicon Group, Inc is hereby recognized as Honeywell Aerospace preferred Engineering and Technology Services Supplier for Mechanical Services.
	Omnicon Receives Award for Reliability The Reliability Society 2009 Engineer of the Year award was given to Nathaniel Ozarin, Senior Engineer, for innovative and practical techniques and tools for reliability engineering and contributing to reliability community education.
	Omnicon Receives Award for Reliability The Reliability Society 2006 Engineer of the Year award was given to Alfred DuPlessis, Vice President for major contributions in reliability modeling, reliability assessments, reliability improvement studies and fault analyses.
	Omnicon Receives Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Award in 2002: For the third consecutive year, The Omnicon Group has been named to Deloitte & Touche's "Fast 50" program for Long Island, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the region.
	IEEE Board of Directors Appoints Omnicon President to "Tellers Committee", December 2001 The IEEE Board of Directors appointed Scott Abrams, to the 2002 “Tellers Committee”
	SAE Aerospace In 2001, the SAE Aerospace Council G-11 Reliability Committee presented The Omnicon Group a certificate of Special Recognition for outstanding service completing ARP5580, recommended FMEA Practices.
