CONGRESSIONAL CONGRATULATIONS: Rep. Steve Israel (D-NY),
right, presents a Congressional certificate marking the twentieth
anniversary of the founding of The Omnicon Group, Inc. Accepting
the certificate is Scott B. Abrams, founder and president of
the Hauppauge, NY engineering firm. Congressman Israel recently
visited Omnicon's facilities and discussed the company's national
and international projects in the aerospace, communications,
