February 2011 – President and CEO of The Omnicon Group Receives Prestigious Honor


The Long Island Technology Hall of Fame (LITHF) has selected Scott B. Abrams, President and CEO of The Omnicon Group as the recipient of the Next Generation Entrepreneur Award. This award recognizes major contributions and achievements to “scientific research and technological advancement on Long Island and will seed the future for economic growth and development…”

Abrams will be presented with this prestigious honor at the LITHF induction and awards ceremony at the Garden City Hotel on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The award ceremony will also recognize the ten year anniversary of the Long Island Technology Hall of Fame and honor two of the Hall of Fame Inductees for 2011; Dr. Yacov Shamash from Stony Brook University and Mr. Jacob Lamm from CA Technologies.
